At Preschool App, we are committed to providing simple, affordable, and transparent digital solutions to preschools, playgroups, and daycare centers across India.

We understand that schools may have concerns before purchasing or renewing a software subscription. This page outlines our cancellation and refund policy in a clear, fair, and customer-first manner.

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your school subscription at any time before your current plan expires.

Cancellation will stop automatic renewals or future billing (if applicable).

After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

To cancel, simply contact us at support@preschoolapp.in or WhatsApp +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your registered mobile number.

2. Refund Policy
Preschool App is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product, and refunds are available only under specific conditions.

Refunds are applicable if:
You paid but couldn’t access the service due to a technical error from our side.

You were charged twice for the same transaction (duplicate payment).

You raise a valid refund request within 7 days of payment.

Refunds are NOT applicable if:
You change your mind after usage or trial.

Your school decides not to use the software after setup is complete.

Your internet/device/browser setup causes access issues.

You purchased the plan in error but used the service.

⚠️ We encourage all schools to explore the demo and clarify queries before making a payment.

3. No Refund on Customizations
Any additional customization work (logo design, landing page layout, SMS integration, etc.) requested by the school is non-refundable once the work is completed or started.

4. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 3–5 working days.

5. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:

The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (UPI, bank, or card).

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
