You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access to your account.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use the Preschool App:
Only for lawful school management purposes
Not for sharing or storing illegal or harmful content
Without copying, modifying, or reselling any part of the software
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
4. Payment & Plans
Subscription plans are available on an annual basis.

We strive to keep Preschool App available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally limit access.
9. Limitation of Liability
Preschool App is not liable for:
Loss of data due to user error
Delays or access issues due to third-party internet services
Incorrect information submitted by school admins
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the school in the last 12 months.
